Job Responsibilities – Baker / Confectioner
Prepare puff pastries, patties, bread, buns, and other bakery products.
Handle dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and consistency.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment and machinery.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily production records and meet production targets.
Ensure proper cooling, packaging, and storage of finished products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
