Birla Open Minds International School is looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counselor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Counsel parents regarding the school’s admission process, curriculum, facilities, and academic programs.
Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Guide parents through the admission process, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
Follow up with prospective parents and convert inquiries into admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain admission records, inquiry databases, and regular follow-up reports.
Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a qualified experience throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility Criteria




Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
Prior experience as an Admission Counselor in a school, preferably an international school, is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Positive knowledge of school admission procedures and parent engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining admission records.
A qualified, presentable, and student-parent-friendly approach.
