Experience: 3–5 Years
Develop and manage detailed BIM models (LOD 200 to 500) using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare accurate construction documentation and detailed drawing sets.
Ensure strict compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and BEPs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in BIM modeling and architectural coordination.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with Navisworks, ACC / BIM 360, and AutoCAD is highly preferred.
Knowledge of international BIM standards is a big plus!
