Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices and accounting records.
Manage salary processing and payroll-related activities.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Process vendor payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
Handle GST and TDS reconciliation and maintain related records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, and Qualified Tax (PT).
Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist with monthly accounting reports and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth accounting operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.
Practical knowledge of sales invoicing, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
Experience in vendor payments and follow-ups.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the environmental and engineering industry will be preferred.
