Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead the architectural department, oversee design and planning activities, manage the design team, and ensure quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and planning activities.
Review layouts, elevations, working drawings, and design concepts.
Manage and guide architects and junior design staff.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations.
Review project drawings and resolve design-related issues.
Monitor design deliverables and project timelines.
Coordinate with site execution teams.
Maintain design quality and documentation standards.
Support management in architectural planning and decision-making.
