HR assistant manager required with 5 years plus experience in manufacturing set up or factory location.

Responsible for the joining formalities, Lead & institutionalise initiatives, Facilitate the learning calendar and anchor the learning and development activities. Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and initiatives by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement. Enhanced employee engagement activities and all related events.

Recruitment, screening of candidates and scheduling interviews.

Induction & Joining formalities. Exit formalities.

Performance Management system.

Payroll Processing, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance.

General Administration, Absenteeism, Employee Grievances, Attendance & Leave.

Maintaining employee files and employee database.

Policy formulation.





Propose talent enhancement and engagement activities

Requirements

· Proven experience as HR Generalist

· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

· Valuable knowledge of employment/labor laws

· Valuable knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Aptitude in problem-solving

· Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

· BBA with HR experience or MBA HR. Any other graduate with HR experience.

· Additional HR training will be a plus

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
