Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter and equipment.
Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and beverage requisitions.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverages and ingredients.
Maintain accurate records of beverage consumption, stock usage, and wastage.
Follow standard operating procedures, billing procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.
Check the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages served.
Coordinate with the F&B; Service team to ensure smooth bar operations.
Comply with hotel policies, food safety standards, and applicable liquor licensing regulations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.

Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
