Qualification & Experience
B.Arch with a minimum of 2 years of experience, OR
Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience, OR
ITI Draughtsman (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong architectural design skills.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
Ability to independently develop architectural concepts, building plans, and design solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of complete architectural working drawings.
Preparation of detailed drawings, construction details, sections, elevations, and door/window schedules.
Robust 3D modelling, rendering, and architectural visualization skills.
Hands-on experience with Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
Ability to create realistic 3D renders and architectural walkthroughs.
Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and practical detailing.
Ability to coordinate design requirements with clients and site engineers.
Knowledge of K-SMART and building permit documentation will be an added advantage.
