Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance &
Accounts Manager who can independently handle the company's complete finance and accounting operations, including banking, taxation, working capital, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage accounting operations and finalisation of accounts.
Handle Tally Prime (Edit Log), ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
Manage banking operations, cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bills, returns, and statutory compliance.
Independently manage GST notices, assessments, and tax-related proceedings.
Oversee EPF, ESI, and Skilled Tax compliance in coordination with HR.
Handle salary reconciliations, employee advances, and loan recoveries.
Manage taxation provisions, advance tax, and TDS receivables.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and project-wise profitability reports.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants,



customers, and vendors.
Supervise the accounts team and ensure effective financial controls.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting finalisation, GST, TDS, and banking.
Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime (Edit Log).
Positive understanding of working capital, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Solid analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills.
Ability to independently manage the Finance &
Accounts Department.

Qualifications &
Experience:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent. CA / CMA / ACCA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 years; preferably 6–15 years in Finance &
Accounts.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
