Role Objective Drive prescription generation and channel management in the assigned territory by leading a team of Medical Representatives and executing effective field strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives.
Execute doctor engagement and territory coverage plans.
Build robust relationships with healthcare specialists and trade partners.
Conduct joint fieldwork, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
Drive local scientific activities and business initiatives.
Compensation:
CTC: 6.0 - 6.5 LPA
DA: 300 (HQ), 325 (Ex HQ)
