myG is looking for an experienced Business Head – Small Appliances to lead and drive the overall business growth, sales performance, profitability, and market expansion of our Small Appliances division. The role involves managing P&L;, leading regional sales teams, developing brand partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Manage the overall P&L;, budgets, sales targets, and business performance.
Lead and mentor regional sales managers and cross-functional teams.
Build robust relationships with leading brands and negotiate commercial agreements.
Drive category expansion, product assortment, new SKU introductions, and premium product sales.
Monitor pricing, discounting, inventory, stock movement, and profit margins.
Improve customer experience, after-sales service, and complaint resolution.
Coordinate with Marketing, Purchase, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
Analyse business performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects.




Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business/Retail Management is preferred.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Small Appliances, Consumer Durables, Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or large multi-location sales operations.
At least 7 years in senior business leadership roles managing sales operations and regional teams.
Proven expertise in P&L; management, business planning, category management, and brand negotiations.
Experience in retail network management and after-sales service is an added advantage.
Robust commercial acumen, analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
