Role & responsibilities :-
Drive Business Excellence initiatives focused on cost optimisation, productivity improvement and operational efficiency across plant operations.
Establish performance dashboards, KPIs and structured review mechanisms for monitoring business objectives.
Lead implementation of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Identify cost-saving prospects, optimise resource utilisation and track financial advantages.
Drive SAP PM, MRP and digitalisation initiatives to improve maintenance and operational effectiveness.
Monitor MHE utilisation, fuel consumption, equipment availability and operating costs.
Promote workplace safety, visual management, process standardisation and best practices.
Develop employee capabilities through training, improvement projects and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
