We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Bengaluru team. This is a full time role focused on expanding our client base, building lasting relationships, and positioning EHS Consultants Group as the preferred partner for organisations seeking sustainable growth across EHS, ESG, and regulatory compliance domains.Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects across industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, infrastructure, IT etc,
Generate and nurture leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach
Collaborate with the internal consulting and training teams to design tailored proposals for clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Meet and exceed business development targets in line with company goals

What We Are Looking For
Solid analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends




Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in lead generation, client engagement, and deal conversion
Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
Prior experience in consultancy, sustainability, or B2B services is a plus
