Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and recovery performance.
Supervise branch operations and achieve business targets.
Lead and manage teams to ensure productivity and accountability.

Prepare MIS reports and implement operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in MFI/NBFC, lending, or financial services.
Solid knowledge of credit risk, portfolio management, and collections.
Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
