Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in MFI/NBFC, lending, or financial services.
Robust knowledge of credit risk, portfolio management, and collections.
Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
