UnQue is building the operating system for India's beauty and wellness industry , serving salons, nail art studios, tattoo studios, bridal studios, makeup studios and other service businesses. Our Agentic SaaS platform brings essential business operations onto a single digital platform, helping businesses manage and grow efficiently, and creates recent revenue opportunities through ad technology.

With nearly 2 years of operations and a founding team with 35+ years of combined experience , UnQue is entering a high-growth expansion phase. Supported by the Government of India through the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), we aim to reach 2,000+ businesses across India in the next 12 months.

Work setup: This is a field role, not a desk or work-from-home job. You will work in the city you are hired for. Meeting business owners in person. Our office is in Ahmedabad; no office reporting is required in other cities.

About the role

We are hiring Business Development Executives (Field Sales). You will meet business owners and decision-makers, demonstrate UnQue's Agentic SaaS product, understand their needs and convert prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities
Drive recent business acquisition through field visits to salons, tattoo studios, nail studios, bridal studios and makeup studios




Meet business owners, partners and decision-makers, demonstrate UnQue's software and understand their business needs
Convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets
Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales records

Who can apply
Graduates from any discipline
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome. Some sales exposure (internship, college activities) that backs your interest in sales is a plus.
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development. Professionals looking to move into tech sales are encouraged to apply
Valuable communication, negotiation and convincing skills
Comfortable with field visits and local travel
Preferably own a two-wheeler and a laptop
