We are looking for an active and responsible Assistant Liaison Officer to handle field-level coordination and official visits to various government departments and offices. The role involves outdoor work, document submission, follow-ups, and coordination with government officials on behalf of the institution.

Roles and Responsibilities
Visit various government offices and departments for official work.
Coordinate with government officials and relevant authorities for institutional requirements.
Submit applications, documents, letters, and other official records.
Follow up on approvals, permissions, certificates, and pending applications.
Collect official documents, acknowledgements, and updates from concerned departments.
Maintain records of visits, submitted documents, and follow-up activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned government-related work.
Travel regularly within Coimbatore and nearby areas as required.
Provide daily updates to the reporting manager regarding field activities and work progress.




Maintain qualified communication and confidentiality while handling official matters.

Required Skills and Eligibility
Must be willing to work exclusively in the field and travel to government offices regularly.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle official documents and interact professionally with government officials.
Responsible, punctual, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
Basic computer and documentation skills preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Petrol allowance provided for official field travel.
Two-wheeler required for daily field visits.
