We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee multiple branch operations, drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth functioning of branches within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise multiple branches within the assigned area.
Drive business development and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Monitor branch performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate Branch Managers and sales teams.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition and business expansion.
Monitor loan disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare performance reports and coordinate with senior management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.




3–7 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
Experience in branch management, sales, and team handling.
Robust leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of loan products, collections, and financial operations.
