Experience: Minimum 6 Years in the Jewellery Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor jewellery stock movement, transfers, inward and outward entries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with production departments to track job progress, pending orders, and timely movement of jewellery between departments.
Manage daily office operations, documentation, data records, and interdepartmental communication.
Prepare daily stock, production, and operational reports for management.
Follow up with concerned departments to resolve discrepancies, delays, and operational issues.
Ensure proper records, accurate data entry, and adherence to company procedures.
Identify operational gaps and support improvements in workflow efficiency.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry.
Valuable knowledge of Gati Software, jewellery stock management and production processes.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prepare accurate reports.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
