Lead academic planning, strategy, and execution for Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and emerging technology programs.
Develop, review, and update industry-relevant curricula for short-term courses, diploma programs, and industry-integrated degree programs.
Manage, mentor, and evaluate faculty members to ensure high-quality teaching and effective academic delivery.
Oversee academic operations, including timetables, assessments, examinations, laboratory activities, and student performance monitoring.
Establish academic collaborations with colleges, universities, and industry partners to enhance practical learning and career prospects.
Drive student learning outcomes through project-based learning, hands-on training, research activities, and continuous academic improvement.
Monitor academic performance, implement quality assurance measures, introduce current technology-focused programs, and ensure the achievement of institutional academic goals.

Educational Qualifications:
Mandatory: M.Tech / M.E. in Robotics,



Robotics & Automation, or a closely related specialization in Robotics or AI.
B.Tech / B.E. in Robotics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Candidates must possess a solid technical understanding of Robotics, AI, Automation, and relevant engineering technologies.

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic roles is mandatory.
Prior experience in academic coordination, academic management, curriculum development, faculty management, or academic leadership.
Experience in teaching, training, or managing academic programs in engineering, Robotics, Automation, or related technology domains.
Demonstrated ability to manage academic processes and improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
