In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of a strong agency force in your designated area. Your primary objective will be to recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance agents, ensuring that they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new agents to build a productive sales team.
Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Monitor agents' performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.




Organize motivational events and training sessions to improve team morale.

Skills and Tools Required
Solid leadership and team management skills.

Proven sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
