Accounts Manager

Job Summary The Accounts Manager will oversee accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.

Experience
6–10 years in Finance & Accounts, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, or Service industry experience preferred.

Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Advanced Excel.
Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Competencies
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, communication, and team management abilities.
