Role Overview

Seeking an experienced BSA / Scrum Master to support mobile banking application development, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and architecture teams to deliver customer-centric digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate mobile development teams across iOS, Android, APIs, backend services, and QA.
Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, sprint progress, and delivery commitments.
Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production releases.
Ensure alignment with banking processes, security standards,



and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve mobile banking functionality and customer experience.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum, or Agile delivery.
Experience in mobile application development within the banking domain.
Knowledge of iOS/Android development lifecycle, REST APIs, and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
CSM / PSM certification or business analysis certification.
Knowledge of digital banking journeys, payments, authentication, and mobile security.
Experience coordinating cross-functional development and testing teams.
