Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Cosmetics

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales efforts in the cosmetics sector within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a solid understanding of the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding recent distributors, retailers, and beauty salons.
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.




Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the cosmetics industry.
Monitor sales performance against KPIs, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings and forecasts to senior management.
Oversee product launches and promotional activities, ensuring effective execution and maximizing market penetration.
Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation at distributor and retail points to minimize obsolescence.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored to the regional market.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
