We are looking for a highly experienced Building Manager with a strong background in the real estate, commercial property, or coworking industry.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in building/property management. Freshers will not be considered.
Excellent client handling, communication, and relationship management skills.
Expertise in managing housekeeping staff, security guards, maintenance teams, and other blue-collar workers.
Robust leadership, supervision, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English communication is mandatory, along with proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi.
Ability to independently manage daily building operations and maintain high service standards.
Only highly experienced and qualified candidates should apply. Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
