Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, project estimates and quantity take-offs.
Verify site measurements, quantities and project costs.
Assist in checking contractor bills, RA bills and final bills.
Prepare rate analysis and cost comparison sheets.
Track additional work and project variations.
Maintain billing records and project documentation.
Coordinate with site, project, purchase and accounts teams.
Required Skills
Basic to robust knowledge of billing and estimation, depending on experience.
Knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Good numerical,
analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and ability to manage responsibilities independently, as per experience.
Qualification Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
