Production Management
Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
Monitor loom efficiency, machine utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Minimize downtime and improve productivity through effective planning and execution.
Coordinate with Warping, Sizing, Maintenance, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production.
Quality Assurance
Ensure fabric quality as per customer specifications and quality standards.
Analyze and reduce fabric defects, loom stoppages, and rework.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
Manpower Management
Lead, supervise, and develop shift supervisors, technicians, and operators.
Ensure adequate manpower deployment across shifts.
Conduct training programs to enhance operator skills and productivity.
Maintenance & Process Improvement
Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve loom performance and reduce wastage.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and operational excellence projects.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Promote a protected working setting and maintain housekeeping standards (5S).
MIS & Reporting
Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze production losses and recommend corrective actions.
