Position Overview The Project Control skilled will be responsible for managing and monitoring project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, budgeting, and overall project performance. The role involves developing project plans and schedules, tracking progress against approved baselines, monitoring costs, identifying variances, and providing timely reports and forecasts to support effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and project schedules.




Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Establish project baselines for schedule, cost, and resources.
Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules.
Identify schedule delays, critical activities, and potential risks affecting project timelines.
Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, BOQs, and cost forecasts.
Monitor project expenditure and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct cost variance and schedule variance analysis.
Prepare cash flow projections and monitor project financial performance.
