Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase coordination, vendor negotiations, pricing, and commercial terms.
Review product costing, cost variations, and profitability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Stores, and Production teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Manage customer quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms.
Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, outstanding receivables, and obsolete stock.
Oversee logistics costs, dispatch documentation, and commercial compliance.
Prepare commercial MIS reports, analyze business performance, and present insights to management.
Ensure compliance with GST documentation, invoicing, internal controls, and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of manufacturing commercial operations, costing, and pricing.
Expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
Valuable understanding of inventory control and working capital management.
Knowledge of GST, commercial documentation, and ERP systems such as SAP.
Advanced Excel, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
