Provide functional support for BOM-related processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM workplace.
Support BOM creation, maintenance, validation, release, and change management processes.
Troubleshoot user issues related to BOM structures, workflows, and PLM operations.
Work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT teams to resolve process issues.
Identify and recommend improvements to BOM workflows, structures, and PLM capabilities.
Maintain BOM data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
Support EBOM and MBOM processes and product configuration activities.
Manage engineering change processes, including ECO, ECN, and release management.
Assist with system enhancement testing, validation, UAT, and deployment activities.
Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and user training materials.
Provide training and hands-on support to improve end-user adoption.
Monitor recurring issues, support trends, and process improvement prospects.
Support PLM data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
