Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through assigned leads and understand their property requirements.
Present real estate projects, highlighting key features, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.
Handle customer queries, address basic objections, and assist in converting leads into successful bookings.
Coordinate with the Team Manager to support negotiations and close property deals.
Maintain lead records and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.





Candidate Requirements
Experienced candidates with an interest in sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
Prior experience in real estate, telesales, inside sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
