Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for interior design projects.
Handle cost estimation and calculation of material quantities.
Read, interpret, and analyze interior layouts, drawings, and measurements.
Prepare and maintain project estimates, quotations, and material requirement sheets.
Create and update Excel sheets, cost sheets, and project reports.
Coordinate with design, site execution, and procurement teams.
Collect, evaluate, and compare vendor quotations for cost planning.
Ensure accuracy in measurements, quantities, specifications, and project data.
Maintain project-related records and documentation using MS Excel and Tally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and interior layouts.




Understanding of interior construction materials, measurements, and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, tables, sorting, filtering, and data management.
Basic knowledge of Tally and record-keeping.
Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and layouts.
Robust numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
