Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily body shop operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
Allocate repair jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
Inspect damaged vehicles and coordinate repair estimates.
Ensure quality standards in body repairs, paint finishing, and vehicle restoration.
Monitor technician productivity and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, insurance companies, and surveyors for accident claims.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop materials.
Monitor spare parts, paint materials, and inventory requirements.
Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and housekeeping procedures.
Handle repair-related issues and support customer satisfaction.
Maintain job records,



productivity reports, and repair documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience in automobile body shop operations, denting, and painting.
Knowledge of accident repair procedures and insurance claim processes.
Solid team management and coordination skills.
Positive problem-solving and quality inspection abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
