Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote our packaging products, and support the company's sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Contact manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and other potential customers who require packaging solutions.
Promote corrugated boxes and other packaging products offered by the company.




Understand customer packaging requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain skilled relationships.
Schedule client meetings and assist in converting leads into sales.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in making calls and communicating with potential clients.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
