About the Role

JAMS Creative Marketing Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring recent clients, and converting potential prospects into long-term business partners.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and proven abilities in lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads for digital marketing services.
Pitch services including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, website design and development, branding, and content marketing.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle,



from initial outreach and follow-ups to client conversion and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Achieve monthly lead generation, client conversion, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Understanding of digital marketing services and their value for businesses.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate quality leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to business growth.
