Design and development of automotive Interior Trim components and assemblies.
Should Robust Exp in Using UGX
Create and manage 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
Perform packaging studies, feasibility analysis, and tolerance stack-up assessments.
Develop and implement master sections and engineering standards.
Coordinate with Styling, BIW, Safety, CAE, Manufacturing, Tooling, Suppliers, and OEM teams.
Support DFMEA, DFM/DFA, APQP, and Engineering Change Management activities.
Ensure compliance with OEM specifications, legal regulations, NVH, safety, and quality requirements.
Support prototype, mule build, pilot build, and production launch activities.
Participate in design reviews and customer discussions.
