Job Responsibilities Business Development Manager (Hospitality)
Generate room bookings from the open market through direct sales, corporate clients, travel agents, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
Identify and approach potential customers to increase room occupancy and revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate companies, travel agents, and other booking partners.
Promote the property and its room inventory to attract recent customers.
Negotiate room rates and booking terms to maximise revenue.
Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Explore current business opportunities to increase occupancy and generate consistent revenue.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth guest check-in and service delivery.
Maintain records of bookings, sales activities, and revenue generated.
