Qualification
ITI Draughtsman (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of detailed 2D drawings.
Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Knowledge of K-SMART building permit drawings, online application procedures, and documentation.
Handling building permit files, submission drawings, and related documentation.
Basic knowledge of building rules and local authority requirements.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Basic architectural design skills will be an added advantage.
