At Frutta, we are South India's preferred one-stop Corporate Refreshment & Workplace Experience Partner. We combine hospitality, technology, and a robust vendor network to deliver memorable corporate events and workplace experiences.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Events Manager to take ownership of end-to-end B2B corporate event operations, from planning and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.

What will you do?
Plan and execute B2B corporate events, conferences, workshops, and networking events.
Manage event logistics, venue setup, production, and in office execution.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and production partners.
Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, quotations, and service quality.
Prepare event budgets, cost sheets, and financial documentation.
Track event deliverables, timelines, and operational requirements.
Drive post-event reporting, feedback analysis,



and process improvements.

What are we looking for?
7 years of experience in event operations, production, or corporate event management.
Strong expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and budget control.
Proven ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders independently.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
