Recruit and train agency leaders and agents to achieve sales targets.
Manage and motivate the team to ensure they meet their goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify current business prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
