Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing clients.
Communicate with clients in multiple languages to understand their requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors or aesthetic specialists.
Provide basic information about aesthetic treatments, skincare services, laser procedures, and cosmetic services, in line with approved clinic guidelines.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, consultations, and treatment inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through skilled communication and effective follow-ups.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the front desk, sales, and clinical teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies and communication standards.
Achieve targets related to call quality, appointment bookings, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications




1–4 years of experience in a call center, customer support, telecalling, or patient coordination role.
Experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetic center, or healthcare industry is preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages, such as English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam, depending on business requirements.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
Skilled attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in aesthetic clinics, skin and hair clinics, laser treatment centers, or cosmetic healthcare services.
Experience in lead conversion and appointment booking.
Ability to communicate confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.
A pleasant telephone manner with solid listening and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
