Role Summary The Community Mobilizer is the project's primary link with the community, creating awareness, mobilising beneficiaries and ensuring participation in services.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct visits, community meetings and awareness sessions.
Identify and mobilise eligible beneficiaries for screening and services.
Support the organisation of camps and ensure beneficiary turnout.
Follow up with referred beneficiaries to ensure completion of care.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, mobilisation and follow-up.
Coordinate with local volunteers, community leaders and health workers.
Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications and Skills
BSW / MSW or graduate in a relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in community mobilisation or outreach.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in local languages (Marathi and Hindi); basic data-recording skills.
Personal bike is mandatory.
Mumbai residence is mandatory.
