Customer Support Executive Food Delivery Process (Day Shift)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading food chain's customer support process. Candidates will handle customer queries related to food orders, delivery issues, order status, and other food-related concerns.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
Minimum B2-level English communication skills.
Positive grammatical accuracy with no major grammatical mistakes.
No robust mother-tongue influence (MTI).
Basic knowledge of Customer Service Associate (CSA) responsibilities.

Work Details:
6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
Rotational night shifts for both male and female candidates.
No cab facility available.
Night allowance provided depending on logout timing.

Salary Details:

Freshers
CTC: 24,000 per month
In-hand Salary: 20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates:
CTC: 27,000 per month
In-hand Salary: 24,000 per month
