Budget & Resource Management: Allocate funds, forecast material and equipment costs, and manage local procurement.
Construction Supervision: Oversee daily in office activities, guide contractors and local laborers, and keep the build on schedule.
Regulatory Compliance: Secure necessary environmental clearances, land approvals, and local administrative permits before breaking ground.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Track project performance, conduct post-completion maintenance checkups, and gather community feedback to ensure long-term utility.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
