We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil construction activities, including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and construction quality.
Verify site measurements, BOQs, contractor bills, and executed quantities.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and applicable building regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.




Coordinate snag rectification and project handover activities.

Candidate Requirements:
4–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural execution, finishing works, and construction drawings.
Experience in contractor management, quality control, and progress monitoring.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidates with experience in residential high-rise and commercial building projects will be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
