We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist customers by providing accurate information and support.
Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Maintain customer records and update information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English . malayalam ,tamil
Kannada or other language skills will be an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
Valuable listening skills and a positive attitude.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
