We are seeking a responsible and skilled Onsite Civil Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and complete project work within the specified timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and manage site workers and contractors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction quality, measurements, and material utilization.
Maintain proper stock records and monitor the quantity of civil construction materials available at the site.
Keep track of the availability, usage, and condition of tools, tackles, and equipment.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants,
and the project management team.
Track daily progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in construction site supervision is preferred.
Knowledge of civil drawings, construction methods, and quality control.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
