HOP is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work on the floor and be the face of our brand. You will greet and assist customers in person, resolve their queries on the spot, and make sure every visit is a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and guide them as soon as they arrive
Understand customer needs and give accurate information about products, services, offers, and policies
Handle in-person queries, complaints, and requests calmly and resolve them on the spot where possible
Escalate complex issues to the Floor Supervisor promptly
Keep the floor clean, organized, and well stocked or arranged
Make sure signage, displays, and product or service information are up to date
Manage queues and waiting areas so customers are attended to quickly
Maintain records of customer feedback, complaints, and daily activity
Follow safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
Support the team during peak hours, events, and promotions

Required Qualifications
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)




Basic computer or POS knowledge
Pleasant personality with neat, skilled grooming

Active listening and empathy
Patience and composure when handling difficult customers
Quick problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to stay on your feet and stay energetic through the shift
Teamwork and a willingness to learn

Preferred
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
has done their 10th or 12th - education
Who are comfortable with rotational shift.

Working Conditions
On-floor role, with long periods of standing and walking
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must wear the company uniform and ID card

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
