The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of site facilities, equipment, and infrastructure while ensuring safety standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site maintenance and repair activities.
Manage electrical, plumbing, civil, and other maintenance work.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and material requirements.
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance expenses.
Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Supervise housekeeping and upkeep of the site premises.




Coordinate with project and facility teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in site maintenance or facility management.
Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and vendor management.
