The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good troubleshooting skills, and an interest in IT support and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and applications.
Assist with network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic internet troubleshooting.
Set up email accounts, user profiles, and system access.
Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and basic security checks.
Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate IT team.

Required Skills - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.




Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and IT support practices.

Eligibility

Diploma, ITI, BCA, B.Sc.

Computer

Science, B.E./B.Tech (IT/CSE), or equivalent qualifications preferred.
